What if I have to Cancel?

Cancellation requests made 24 hours or less of installation date will not receive a refund. Requests made 25 - 72 hours prior to installation date will be refunded half of the rental fee. Requests made four days or more prior to installation will incur an administrative fee of 10% of the rental fee. Requests can be rescheduled for a $25 fee, if both parties can agree upon a date.

What’s my Liability and/or Responsibility?

Missing or damaged cards will incur a $30 charge per missing card and/or hardware piece. There will be a $100 charge if a stand is missing. Please cancel lawn service while the design is installed! Grass clippings can stain the cards. DO NOT REMOVE, TAKE DOWN OR MOVE design under any circumstances! DO NOT alter the design, such as taping pictures and/or balloons! For everyone’s safety, including children, please do not touch, lean up against or play around the display! If you choose to take pictures at the design, please pose safely around the design. VenueByDesign, LLC and all representatives are not responsible for any personal inquiry or property damage that may occur by installation and removal of our card designs at your social space.

What if there is Damage to the display?

If cards are damaged and/or missing, the customer is liable for damage costs. Missing or damaged cards and/or hardware will incur a $30 charge per missing item. There will be a $100 charge if a stand is missing or damaged.

What if there is Bad Weather?

We will do our best to install the design as scheduled. You will be notified, if the weather makes the installation unsafe for our installer, we will reschedule. We will not be able to install your design, if there is lighting, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent the installation and/or removal or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule the design, a refund will be issued.

What do I need to do to prepare for the Installation?

Please ensure there is a contact (preferably 18 or older) at the home, in case there is a problem or concern that needs to be addressed. This will also ensure the safety of the installer. We are unable to install signs in turf, rocks or gravel! The requested area must be soft and grassy for the stake to penetrate the ground. Summer months- Before arrival, please water the display area to make sure the stakes penetrate the ground. If the ground is too hard, we may not be able to install. Please make sure blinds and/or curtains are closed on the front of the house after 7 pm to help conceal the design creation surprise. (2nd floor windows also.) Make sure dogs are not in the front of the house to alert others of our arrival. Please keep them distracted during the installation. Please make sure all animals are not outside during the install. If your alarm system, please make arrangements for the installation. Confirm with your HOA if signs can be displayed in your yard. Make sure your sprinkler system will not run during the installation and removal of the design.

How much does this cost?

Our pricing includes delivery, set up and removal in the Greater Charlotte area. Concord, Denver, Harrisburg, Huntersville and Matthews residents, please send us a message for delivery fee pricing at info@venuebydesign.com. Please include the delivery address. Option #1 - Basic Card Rental $105 - Includes a celebration phrase. Option #2 - Deluxe Card Rental $120 - Includes celebration phrase with first name or theme with no name Option #3 - Premium Card Rental$130, - Includes Theme with name and/or age and two solar lights. Delivery out of service area starts at $25 Extra Day Fee- additional $25, Reschedule fee - $25, Rush Orders within 48 hours of installation date - $25, Same Day Fee- $35, Reschedule Fee - $25.

Do I get to keep this?

No, you do not get to keep the design. You are paying for a 24-hour rental! Your rental period begins at delivery. Delivery time is between 7 pm -10 pm EST the day before/day of event and ends at pick up, between 7 pm -11 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on day of event. Additional time may be added for a fee. If your design is at a rented location, the design will be picked up at the end of your rental period.

Do you do Same Day Rentals?

Yes, we do same day rentals! However, installation is based on availability. $35 rush fee.

What is your Service Area?

Greater Charlotte Area.

Concord, Denver, Harrisburg, Huntersville, and Matthews may incur a travel fee if more than 15 miles away from Sam's Club University located at 8909 JW Clay Blvd. Please email info@venuebydesign.com or text 980-680-4421 with your delivery address for the rate.
